Upon our arrival, we found a wet area on one of the beds. Likely something got spilled, like a bottle of water. It had soaked through the linens and into the mattress. Without hesitation, they gave us a new suite. There was ample room for the 6 of us and the staff were helpful and friendly. The only downside was the close proximity to O’hare; lots of planes flying overhead. But not excessively loud and you get used to it. About a 25 minute drive, or 1 hour ride on the L, to the loop. Breakfast was adequate. Waffles on weekends. The whole hotel was clean and well lit. Would recommend this place for larger families.

Breakfast was fresh I would prefer a variety of different breakfast they had eggs and sausages no bacon or anything else. Waffles, oatmeal was not stock didn’t get to try it, the coffee was horrible I have never been dissatisfied with coffee in my life but coffee here was no good.
