Amazing staff! I was able to check in early and I was always greeted! The room with the window seat city view was stunning! I had my coffee there every morning! A nice re-invention of an old favorite.

Location, location, location. Close to everything in the loop. Lobby was well appointed, fun & energetic. Room was large, clean and very comfortable. Wifi was good, and bathroom was nicely appointed. Pillows were great. The new restaurant was excellent and quite busy (reservations are a must) . The gym was cramped but clean. Workable.
