Amazing staff! I was able to check in early and I was always greeted! The room with the window seat city view was stunning! I had my coffee there every morning! They sent out my outgoing mail and accommodated me while I needed to leave my luggage after check out for my ballet lesson. I highly recommend and will come back!

Wonderful location, nice decor and comfortable lobby area for relaxing. We also enjoyed the onsite restaurant, Perilla for a unique experience. All of the staff were helpful and pleasant during our stay. Would definitely return and highly recommend if you’re looking for something different than the typical chain hotels.

We loved our stay here! Couldn’t recommended it more, can’t wait to stay here again. The location is extremely convenient to shops, places to eat and public transportation that will take you anywhere you need to go! This is prime location for all things Chicago, the River Walk, the Mag Mile, tour busses, Millennium Park, etc!

We were very happy with our stay. First and foremost the hotel is CLEAN! I could stop there but location is a huge plus. The bed is comfortable.The room service was very good. The area is safe. If it wasn't for the one obvious eye sore on the north side of the building I would give it 5 Stars. Because of this, I have to drop it a 1/2 a star to 41/2 Stars. Will stay again.

Cleaners were fab, room left nice everyday and nothing went missing in our room. However upon checking in a giftbag went missing from reception to our room, reception was quiet and only staff there so that was a very disappointing start to our stay. Also we had breakfast there one time and the food was cold, not even luke warm (eggs, bacon, toast) so that got sent back but we still paid for the toast that was still inedible. We aren’t fussy travellers, we’re pretty easy going but these couple things were very disheartening. Otherwise though our trip to Chicago was great.

They checked all of the boxes for me. The room was exactly as I expected with a beautiful view of the river. Excellent in room coffee and complimentary in lobby along with filtered chilled water…and popcorn! Steamer instead of an iron, I can leave that at home next time. Great robe. Wine opener in room with real glasses. Great accommodations without being too stuffy and formal. Friendly and helpful staff. Best hotel experience in Chicago evaaaa!

Awesome stay. Perfect location

Such a great location. Easy to get to everything you’d want to do in downtown Chicago, the Loop, theatre, Art Institute. You can walk to everything. Great views of the River. Recommend one of the rooms with the window seat. All conveniences in the roo m are thought of.
