When we tried to check in first the woman at front desk was not accommodating in letting us know about an early check in and would not give estimate nor a call-back when room would be ready. When we called later with her again she had same unconcerned attitude. When we got a different front desk woman she gladly got us an early check in and told us about the Hilton reward system and offered locations for us to go.

I loved the location of the hotel. It is close to everything. Most of the places we just walk to it. It was very clean and the bathrooms are very nice. I love they have showers instead of shower inside a bathtub. I would stay there again.

LOVED the fact that a high rise room had a small window to open to get fresh air in. That is a big plus for me. Great stay, great people, great location. the front desk really helpful with information about the downtown area.

I liked having my a microwave & fridge in the room without having to request one. The personal keurig was nice also. I did not eat at the hotel so I can not comment on their food. No complaints. Wifi worked well. Good location for me. No complaints.

I reserved the hotel because I had read through the hotel amenities that parking would be complimentary. Unfortunately, this was not the case whatsoever. So, we had to use the valet service at $60 per day. RIDICULOUS!!

A really fantastic location, got an amazing room with an upgraded view and quietness around us, too. Lovely staff, just so friendly and accommodating, felt like we had known them forever. Although it's in a really busy area, which means it's a hotel that has to use its space wisely, there is a gym, business center, nice lobby to hang out and sit by the fireplace or grab a nice snack or glass of wine, or even eat at the Italian restaurant that stays busy and has been in Chicago a long time--everyone seemed to enjoy being in there, but I enjoyed the bar scene and just relaxing with the guests I met. We had a great trip, made more special by the clean room and easygoing staff.

Checkin couldnt have been faster I was prepared to leave my bags at the desk and kill 3hrs before the 4pm check in but my room was ready and they let me checkin early which was unexpected but wonderful my bed was so comfortable and the shower in my handicap room was so convenient the water temp pressure and the shower head was great I will stay here again for sure
