I like stand at the ambassador because it’s clean I think the staff is excellent I like the location and I will be staying there again. The ambassador is a landmark in Chicago has a lot of history it’s quaint and at the same time it has excellent service rooms are clean and the staff always remember me because I stay there a lot

Hotel is in beautiful quiet neighborhood. A pleasure to walk around. Many stores and food places within walking distance. The only disappointment was that the hotel restaurant was closed while I was there.

The common areas are beautiful and our room was big and well-furnished (we had a suite). There was little outside noise, but we could hear the people next door (only when they were laughing) and they were up quite late. It is an old building, so that is to be expected. It was easy to walk over to Michigan Avenue and the red line train station is a quick walk. In town for a visit to Loyola and that was a very quick and easy drive. Well-stocked mini bar and snack options. Staff very friendly and valet was easy and friendly, but Chicago (i.e. ridiculously) expensive.
