Only one desk staff member was checking people in even though there was a line; that staff member insisted I sign a document with my address incorrect. When I stated my discomfort, he said he could only fix it after I signed. The room was good with the exception of the shades, which were not functioning properly, and the lack of furniture in shower/toilet area to set toiletries on. People may want to be aware that there is a bright light outside the window that shines into the room at night.

Rooms are clean and we especially enjoy the Shower tub. Always clean with plenty of quick hot water. The breakfast sausage gravy has gotten miuch better and thicker. We love the spacious suites and beds are so comfortable.... Thank you.
