"I was in the city for four days and three nights!! They never cleaned our room or changed our bed sheets………. The whole entire time we were there. I had four people in our group. So I called down to the front desk for more towels and to let them know that our room was never made up. They said we only do that every two days. We have already been there for two days.So on the second night we were there I asked for more towels to be sent up. They never brought the towels up that evening and that morning I called down to the front desk about the towels that never came up the night before. He said it would be awhile before he could bring them up. I had to meet some people at a certain time. My mother-in-law was coming up to the room. She was getting onto the elevator and he goes in there and says are you going to such in such room? She said yes that he just hands her the towels and runs off the elevator never says anything else. The breakfast was $22 and it was not worth $22. I was supposed to have complementary breakfast. I do not recommend this hotel."
