Our stay was extremely disappointing from start to finish. I booked and paid through Expedia for two adults and one child, which was clearly confirmed in my reservation. Despite this, the resort claimed my daughter was not included, even after I showed them proof of payment and confirmation. Expedia had to intervene to try to resolve the issue.
Check-in was a nightmare, filled with unexpected and hidden fees. To make matters worse, during checkout the staff attempted to charge my credit card again for my daughter, even though this had already been addressed and paid for at check-in.
Housekeeping was also an issue—we had to call multiple times just to have our room cleaned, as it was repeatedly neglected.
Dining was another major frustration. It was nearly impossible to schedule dinner reservations due to “no availability,” and long wait times were common just to get food. Entertainment was poorly organized, with performance schedules failing to show up at all, leaving guests standing around the lobby with no information or updates.
The beach itself was mediocre and did not make up for the overall experience. Between the billing issues, lack of organization, and poor service, this resort did not meet expectations and I would not return.
