It was a great experience. The most friendly staff I’ve experienced at an all inclusive. The food was good in the restaurants, but a little slow. The buffet was excellent. Room service was great service, but terrible food. Super expensive. Don’t forget your sunblock. I spent $35 on sunblock. Markup higher than I’ve ever seen and I travel a lot. Beautiful spa, but terrible pedicure. The massage was really good though and the ambiance was even better. Do a package of you go. I think some of the event staff were a little low energy compared to my previous experiences but it was still a lot of fun and a great overall experience. I would travel here again.

Well maintained facility, rooms and all the open bars are decent. I enjoyed the pools kept open late and one of the pools open till 10pm. It seemed they had a band playing or some sort of show playing every night. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. I and kid enjoyed our stay here, will visit it again.

It may have been the wrong time of year to enjoy the beach, as there was a lot of seaweed. However, the resort more than made up for it. The swimming pools were good, the kids had a blast, and the food was enjoyable. The Fourth of July show on the beach was very entertaining and a highlight of our stay. It would have been even better if there had been more tubes available for the lazy river.
