The room was disgusting and dirty. The toilet looked like it was never cleaned. There was hair on the shower wall that was not my own hair. And mysterious stains on the lounge chair. The door that connected, our two rooms had a sticky residue all over the handle.

There was no elevator I had trouble carrying luggage upstairs. The room had more than one cockroaches appearing at very inconvenient times.
There was a dead cockroach continently left behind the corner sofa seat.
The bottom of the door was high and there was enough space for any unwanted guests.

Clean room and quiet area. Conveniently walkable to knotts, portos, target. However, exit of parking lot can be subdued due to the traffic of the attractions in the area. Room was spacious and clean but had some occasionally flies and we had a farther room from the lobby. The 2nd bathroom was a nice touch but the shower had no pressure. Continental breakfast was subpar so we didnt use it. Thankful that the front desk was 24 hrs.
