Awful worst hotel ever

Im LIVID. The reviews and rating of this hotel were good as well as the photos so I was VERY mislead because this place was a nightmare. When we checked in, the guy was really rude don’t know if it was because it was late or he was tired but very rude like that he didn’t feel like doing his job. Once we got the key, we went to the room put our things down and immediately saw baby roaches running around IMMEDIATELY as soon as we walked in. We also saw that the window was broken. This was so saddening because we were so tired after a long day and just wanted to relax and we couldn’t because that room was Infested and gross. We went back down to ask for a refund and cancellation and he said “I mean I can move you to a different room but I can’t do that, I’ll just tell my manager u just decided to leave”… like what? Could not get in contact with anyone about giving me my money back and charged me $111 for a room that was unsafe for me to stay in. They also had a stair that was uneven at the bottom and I tripped because of it. Never ever would stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it. You’re better off at a days in or motel 6 at this point. Still need my money back.

Weird bathroom door but everything else was great

The only thing i didn't like was the fact that my room had a sliding barn style bathroom door. Which unfortunately gave me and the missus zero privacy. Otherwise everything else was really dang great

The property is old and very dated. The room smelled like cheap cleaning solution and mildew. The parking lot is dimly lit with several "vagrants" hanging around in the dark corners. Felt very uneasy and unsafe.

This hotel is absolutely DISGUSTING!!! Once we got in the room there was black mold all over the edge of the bathtub, door jams were all broken, walls were dirty, pee stains all over the floor. After seeing all that I went to the front desk to tell them and they offered another room. We got keys and checked the other room and it was worse! It was all late and at this point I just needed to get in a room and out my son to sleep. While driving out I noticed mattresses and furniture outside in the parking lot. Because it was non refundable I was stuck there! I will never book a room with them. I don't even know how they are up and running. When I tried to speak to the manager when checking out I was told there wasn't a manager and front desk staff didn't care about anything I was saying. Before leaving I seen a man walk in so I went back in to see if that was the manager and I was told he was in accounting. I am very upset with the way the whole situation and I hope something is done!!

The floors in the room are hard floors. They do not mop them. Our feet were black after walking on the floors. We have a 14 year old so it wasn't lige or death but when my son was younger, it would have been a game changer. The over all room was dirty. It was over all safe but they did have an area where there was people smoking all hours of the day.
