The front desk was nice but the area was trash. The room was discussing and poorly maintained. The chairs were dirty. The bathroom water fixtures were nearly coming undone. The lights kept flicking. The room smelled. I was not inclined to test the bed. Checked out within 2 hours of being there. Family trip to Disneyland. NEVER AGAIN. Went to a different hotel that night.

We didn't even end up staying here - We checked in and after driving past a few unhoused people in the parking lot, we got to our room where we found dirty sheets, food on the floor, a fake fingernail, stains on everything, and two live cockroaches then immediately started calling other hotels to find alternate accommodations. I'm still waiting to talk to management about my refund and it's been two days, they don't answer the phone. Putting a chargeback on my card today - The pictures look nice so compliments to the magician that took those because this place was a slum.
