Staff was super nice but the hotel wasn’t great. The breakfast was very small and no protein. The waffle machines stuck so our waffles were all torn apart. The rooms smelled pretty bad. The showers didn’t look clean. The grout was pretty gross. We made due cause we just used the rooms to sleep and shower in, but definitely not the best stay. The hot tub also didn’t work, which sucked for our stay. Also our rooms didn’t have a phones, which I thought was kind of weird.

The staff. The guy that was working in the front desk was rude and inconsiderate. He told my son that was $100 security deposit and said it was either card with ID or cash. My son doesn't have a credit card so I asked if I could pay over the phone he said no it's policy cause it's third-party. So I sent my kid $100 and they told him he was gonna pay cash and then the guy at the counter goes. Oh that's $200. I will be calling this hotel and speaking to the general manager to file a complaint

The room was disgusting and dirty. The toilet looked like it was never cleaned. There was hair on the shower wall that was not my own hair. And mysterious stains on the lounge chair. The door that connected, our two rooms had a sticky residue all over the handle.

There was no elevator I had trouble carrying luggage upstairs. The room had more than one cockroaches appearing at very inconvenient times.
There was a dead cockroach continently left behind the corner sofa seat.
The bottom of the door was high and there was enough space for any unwanted guests.
