"The hotel itself was great: nice, new, clean, modern. The staff helpful and professional. But the hotel was overflowing with screaming pre-teen and teen-aged girls. The guests in the next room to our were having a party, yapping at the top of their voices and slamming doors at 11 pm and midnight. We will make it a point to avoid this hotel due to the kind of clientele it caters to."

"The hotel is outdated; room descriptions and pictures are vastly different than the actual rooms (not in a good way), hotel tries to charge you for every little thing, did not have hot water, rust everywhere, several buildings are not handicap accessible, very overpriced for what you get."

"We had an amazing experience. The staff is what made it great. We had a hiccup with the room and Leslie helped us out. Reilly was super helpful and got us an extra blanket and pillow. The gentlemen in the restaurant/bar were welcoming, efficient and friendly. Great happy hour! We were always greeted in the lobby when we went through. Loved it here!"

"Bed was comfortable, room blocked out noise from construction and airliners passing over every 10 minutes. Bathroom door would not close all the way, shower door slides open, toilet lid does not stay up for men using. Jacuzzi was not working and the hotel ice machines broken down for one day. Pool and Jacuzzi were very clean, pool towels quite small."

"They only clean the room once every 7 days( when you check in and ok every box on agreement, you don't realize it's in there), so you have to ask for clean towels additional coffee for the room etc. The mattress was ridiculously soft, so no support and both had sore backs)"
