"Subject: A Heartfelt Thank You for Your Hard Work and Perseverance Dear Marina, I wanted to take a moment to personally thank you for your hard work, dedication, and perseverance in helping us resolve the refund situation at Sonesta Select Laguna Hills. I know this situation required time, patience, and effort, and I want you to know how much I appreciate everything you did to help bring it to a successful resolution. We have now received our refund of $694.71, and I am truly grateful. Marina, sometimes people are quick to complain when something goes wrong, but they forget to recognize those who work diligently to make things right. I don’t want to be one of those people. Your willingness to continue working on our situation speaks highly of your professionalism, your character, and your commitment to customer service. I believe that when someone goes above and beyond to help a customer, their efforts deserve to be acknowledged. Your hard work and perseverance have not gone unnoticed. I sincerely hope that the management and ownership of Sonesta recognize the dedication you have shown in resolving this matter. What began as a frustrating experience has ended with gratitude and appreciation because of the efforts made to resolve our concerns. Marina, thank you for your patience, your understanding, and most importantly, for not giving up on getting this situation resolved. As a man of faith, I believe in giving thanks where thanks are due. I pray that God blesses"
