"It was a quiet stay, however, customer service could have been better. Room service menu was not given at check out. I had to go downstairs at seven am, from 11th floor to get menu from front desk, they did not offer to bring to room. Food was good but lukewarm, they forgot an item so we had to wait on that. Housekeeping was knocking at door every 1/2 hour starting at 9?even though we had a one day stay with check out at twelve noon. Sorry but for the cost I won’t be a repeat customer. "
