Hello Victor , I disagree with you . The hotel is solid . It was built with old growth redwood . It is impervious to termites. Yes the stairway has a little sway. Some people enjoy it as charm. I apologize that our continental breakfast has been canceled due to Covid. However , you were not charged a resort fee , and still received complimentary WI_FI , and free baggage storage . Taking the stairs is good exercise . We are planning one day to put an elevator in the hotel. i believe I will still take the stairs . Thank you for staying with us.

Hello . I'm the manager who you called at 9:30 pm last night . You said the kids upstairs were disturbing you making noise. I contacted them and they settled down. Your wife called me at 3;00 am ,and said the same people upstairs were having a party with loud music . I stood in front of their door for a couple min. They were not having a party . Then you came down stairs and told me your wife made a mistake and it was not the room upstairs but next to you. I went upstairs with you and listened at their door next to you for noise . I heard a feint sound from a tv , or a computer. You were standing there when I knocked on their door . A gentleman answered the door . I asked him to turn down his television , and he was understanding and turned it off. This was 3am , and not 5am . Some people sleep with the television on. It helps them sleep. I apologize that you were disturbed .. However , I believe it is unfair to criticize me for not helping the situation . On another note most of the rooms are remodeled including yours. You had a kitchenette with a granite top housing a refrigerator and micro wave . Also , 55" flat screen television , canned ceiling fixtures with dimmers , and new double pane windows.We always strive to make our guests comfortable , and go the extra mile to accomplish it. Thank you for staying with us.
