Friendly housekeeping. Check in host was nice. The evening hostess ....meh. Terrible garage for parking. There was no available spaces on any of the 4 levels and I (and a Nation Guardsman who was at the desk at the same time) were told to take a chance and park in the basement lot even though there was a chance to be towed - and was still charged full price for parking.

The property was ok. The rooms and bathroom need to be upgraded. Probably won’t stay there again. Kind of pricey and you have to pay to park. As expensive as they are parking should be included or free. I loved the convenience of the rental car place being walking distance and the shuttle availability of the hotel and Avis.

Cheapest available but not great value

Elevators were under “remodel” and took forever. On leaving I had to go down 8 floors of stairs because elevator wouldn’t work. Hotel is in decline.
