Clean, well maintained rooms and facilities. Staff on all shifts were very friendly, professional, attentive, and helpful. Hotel is a 15 minute walk to Disneyland and just about any restaurant you could want. No need for a rental car. We spent four days here and would highly recommend this hotel. Added bonus of no pets allowed, since our son is very allergic to animal dander.

Towels were stained, AC wasn’t working and we checked in late so by the time we found out, it was difficult to change rooms because kids were asleep. Manager would provide a partial refund, but gave Starbucks credit in the lobby. So many hotel options near Disney, would not stay here again with the issues and customer service
