We were really impressed with the hotel overall. The breakfast was yummy and the coffee was delicious. It was the perfect distance from Disneyland for us. The only thing that really bummed us out was the hot tub closing. We were hoping that we could use it after Disneyland because our backs and feet were so sore but we couldn’t get!

The staff was very friendly and professional. The breakfast and coffee area were a nice convenience. Good pancakes! The seasoned potatoes were too seasoned is my only complaint. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!

Easy and convenient location to go to Disney. We had a king size bed with bunk beds. The room have sliding division doors that allowed for some privacy in between sleeping areas. Very clean and great amenities. The pool was great and it had a warm spa that was excellent for relaxing after a long day at the parks. Our particular room (1king bed/2 bunk beds) did not have any drawers for clothes and hardly any space for storing items so keep in mind the space is limited depending how much luggage you take.

Room was clean, and the staff was really pleasant and accommodating. Convenient to Disneyland shuttle. Highly recommend this hotel!!!

We loved so much about this hotel! The staff was friendly, the breakfast was great, the location next to the Toy Story Shuttles was convenient, the room was clean, and the pool area was nice! We thought we’d found our new Disney hotel… until we went to bed. The beds were terrible. The king bed was completely tilted on an angle. I told my husband the first night that I thought I was going to fall out of bed. I finally realized on the last night that it was tilted to one side. The bed was super low quality and felt like I was sleeping on a pull-out sofa. My kids also said their bunk beds were very uncomfortable. If I were rating everything else, I’d for sure give this hotel 5 stars. The bed was a one star, so I am averaging it at 3.

This is our go-to Disneyland hotel. We love the 24-hour coffee/ tea/ hot chocolate station (though it is sometimes in need of a re-stock/ refill in the middle of the night). Some other Disney-area hotels may be spacious but they have a run-down, greasy, dirty feel. Hampton Inn feels clean, airy, and inviting without feeling overly-attentive (the staff is available, but doesn't hover). Their breakfast has good options, their hot tub is always warm and bubbling, the sheets are clean and comfy, and the bathrooms are not tiny.

It's a great location for our Disneyland trip. Very close to the Toy Story shuttle and the complimentary breakfast is nice and super-convenient. We love how Hampton Inns have refrigerators and microwaves in the room and they are very clean for a Disneyland-area hotel. The parking lot is secured and the area feels safe. It's also conveniently located near Garden Walk mall and lots of restaurants/ shops. We also like how the parking has in/out privileges all day.

Clean and spacious room. Hotel is well maintained and front desk staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a hit with variety. Convenient to theme park shuttle and walkable to dining and shops. Would stay here again.
