The employee who checked us in that night was friendly and informative. Parking was free along with internet. Just kind of bothersome to log onto their wifi and watch an ad every time you leave somewhere and come back or sign up for their program. The room and hotel itself feels clean although a bit outdated (still have popcorn ceiling) and our room toilet had a bit of flushing issue. So sometimes we need to double flush. Our shower water was hard to turn on and off. You do have to use some strength. Breakfast was ok, don’t know if they have a better selection on the weekend but we had the same thing 2 days in a row for our stay. It’ll be nice to have a change breakfast for guests who stay longer than 1 night. Wish there were a bit more breakfast options for kids too, like yogurt, bagels and bacon etc. But the breakfast staff was on top of it so even when it’s busy, we don’t have to wait long for things to be replenish. We didn’t have time for the pool or hot tub so can’t comment on that. There was quite a bit of outside noise like traffic, fire trucks or EMS and helicopters which didn’t really bother us but if you are noise sensitive then it might be an issue. There is a lot of people just walking the streets at night too, just wanted to point that out, but I personally feel safe staying there. It’s a convenient area with restaurants across the street and only 10 mins away from Disneyland. Overall, the stay was ok but we probably would not stay here again.
