BED BUGS!

Place has bed bugs, I called front desk and was told that the supervisor was starting shift in 10 minutes so I waited 40 minutes but no call and visit from anybody from the staff. I called back and the "supervisor" who ended up being just the person in charge for the shift (Maria C.) Was so rude, she only said "well a call was already placed to the expert and they will come and see. It's really weird because this has never happen before" its like she insinuated that i was lying, so i went to the hotel reviews and sure enough there was other people with the same situation. I was suppose to be contacted after and up till now no call from anybody.

Dear Patricia Chavez, You checked in on April 26, 2018 at 8:57pm for 1 night 2 adult and 2 children. Next morning around 6:45am you called night auditor to go and check your room because you found a bed-bug. He told you at the moment he would not be able to until after 7:00 am. Maria starts at 7am. The general manager came in at 8am and was immediately notified of the situation with your room. She went to go check the room with Maintenance. The only bug they found was one which was on your bed with fresh blood on the sheet. At check-out Maria told you the room would be checked by the manager and a professional. They check the room thoroughly for bugs. When she mentioned this to you; you said that they didn’t need to check the full room because you had only seen it on the bed closest to the restroom. When the general manager and maintenance came, they checked underneath the bed-covers, sheets, pillows, beds and bed-case (the full room). Nothing else was found at all besides the one on the bed. The room you occupied had been rented almost every day before you, and no one else complained of such issue. After you checked-out, it was rented out to other guests, since the room was thoroughly inspected, and nothing was found. Guests have been staying in the same room you occupied until this day and no one has complained at all. Farzana kakar General Manager

Too noisy

The tv did not work. The ice machines were not working. The room was too noisy being so close to the on/off ramp. The clock/radio had static noise coming out of it.
