When we arrived the power went out. We were stuck in our room with no lights on for 3 hours. When my husband asked about it the front desk said they will not issued any discounts or offer anything for having us sit in the dark for three hours. The front desk didn't seem to think it was a big deal. The breakfast was ok, not great. The room was basic which is fine. It was a 2-30 minute walk to everything if you want something close to Disneyland it is farther than most hotels.

Desk staff are extremely rude checking in and during a power outage that went out for over an hour in the hotel. There was no accommodation or help with this. The parking lot does not accommodate guest.however the beds were comfortable and shower pressure was good.
