Room was spacious. Staff at the check in was courteous, with a smooth tone, and helpful. She even spoke Spanish to accommodate us. However, the facilities and the room needs remodeling. At night, there is no security and anybody can access the facilities, even your room’s floor.

Although rooms and common areas were very clean tge surroundings were dated. A renovation is in order! Staff was exceptional! Paid for valet but due to overnight street closure had to walk out in the pouring rain to get vehicle. Overall 6 out of a 10.

We love the Hilton Knoxville and its location to Market Square and concert venues. The rooms themselves are probably ready for a bit of updating, but the stay is always enjoyable.

This is the worst Hilton chain hotel I've stayed in. The tub was filthy due to next unit's plumbing issue (hallway carpet was flooded), the bathroom has no vent/fan, slow drain, very loud heater, rusty light fixtures... really not the Hilton quality we've been so accustomed to. I understand that Hilton can't do anything about the nonstop siren at night, but the dirty carpet on hallways and very loud heater are just two examples of the decrepit condition this hotel is in. While the staff said they were sorry and the manager comped us for parking, it didn't make up for the two sleep deprived nights and disgusting bathroom situation. We spent 450 for two nights.
