Needs a little TLC
This historic hotel has an awesome staff! I've stayed here before but this time I noticed the property is a little ran down. It's just not as crisp and clean as it once was. Tattered furniture, bed sheets worn through, refrigerator going in and out, and the interior in general needs some TLC. Otherwise it's clean and it's a lovely place to stay.

This was our second time staying at the Campbell Hotel, it is our go to place to stay when we take our yearly trip to Tulsa. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the rooms are great and so unique. You don't feel like you are staying in a hotel when you are here. We will keep coming back any time we are in Tulsa.

I greatly appreciated how welcoming the hotel employees were. They were happy and energetic. Looking forward to serving us abd allowing us the opportunity to have a good night and time together. Plus they were generous enough to Upgrade my room.

Wonderful staff and they did a very nice, unique restoration. The exterior looks pretty sketchy, quite honestly, but the interior and staff put us right at ease and assured us we had chosen well. We would stay here again!
