Not impressed overall

First of all, let me say that all staff at this hotel was personable, professional, and kind. The staff was not the issue. I was told this was their off season, yet the pool was over capacity and unless you like the Spring break, busting at the seems, being jumped on by wild children while trying to float in a lazy river that is bumper to bumper tubes with no breathing room swimming scene... this is not the place for you. All the pools were at max capacity. There was no parking in the hotel grounds. We had to circle the parking lot 3 times to find a spot to park to get to our room when we checked in and had to walk 4 buildings down. It felt like they let anyone in to the waterpark area and thus hotel guests have to fight for a place to park because by the night the parking lot was much more empty. The hotel room was dated and smelled odd. The tub had a constant water leak, not a drip but a full leak (not at all eco friendly). There were drain flies in the bathroom which means they have a sewer/drain problem somewhere. The doors between adjacent rooms provide zero sound barrier and the toddlers next door screaming the entire time made for a rather unpleasant stay. Positives:The grounds were immaculate. It was very peaceful in the early morning.The staff was friendly. The water was readily available to ensure hydration if you walked all the way to the front to get it... but for the "resort dollar" it felt far more self serve and water park over crowded than high end resort.

Its great for families! We go with our kids and enjoy our stay every time. The staff is great and helpfull. Food is good in the pool area, the only thing that we dont like is the breakfast buffet since the selection is not that great amd pricey. I suggest just ordering something from the actual menu.

This is a place for family. I really loved all the kids activities and pools available. However, the lifeguards can be a bit mean but then again they are sitting in the sun all day. I really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and how approachable they were and willing to go above and beyond. I would come again with my family.

The only con i can give this facility is that the bathrooms need a little TLC and i couldnt understand why we paid $25 for parking when the parking gate was open most the time and no one at the pool wore wrist bands provided but us, i felt like anyone can just drive up park or get dropped off and enjoy the resort

The property was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the pool options, slides, and lazy river. We stayed in a suite and the room was also just what we needed. The only downside is as the quality of service from the staff in the main lobby and spa. Everyone else was wonderful.

Property was amazing! Our kids were greater with ICE CREAM when checking in! We had the best time. Rooms were clean and spacious. The pools were top notch. From a lazy river, 2 waterslides , sandy beach area for the small kiddos ( which was covered for shade ) , a giant pool next to it. Food at the restaurants was also amazing. Have recommended this place to anyone I know thinking of traveling to Palm Springs as a family! 10/10 👌👌

Overall amazing property. Love the lazy river and the splash pad for the kids. There’s lots to do the food was amazing. The drinks were phenomenal. Definitely looking forward to booking another trip in the near future.
