"The hotel staff were very helpful with questions prior to arrival including help with possible early check in. On arrival, early check in was accommodated for a small fee several hours prior to normal check in time which was amazing as we had an early afternoon event to attend and could get ready and relax in the room prior. Room was clean, tidy and spacious. Room service was good. Room a little on the hot side and air conditioner could have worked better but that is a minimal issue. Would definitely stay here again"

"Breakfast was passable but not great. Continental but nothing to write home about. We skipped it most days - tons of excellent nearby options. The property seemed a bit dated, but was clean and functional. The suite was roomy with 2 double beds, a separate living area with a pull out couch, microwave and fridge and pod coffee machine. Plugs and USB charging were plentiful and a TV in both the bedroom and living area (old fashioned cable and on demand not a smart TV). Bathroom had a large mirror and makeup stand and a single sink with the toilet and tub/shower in a separate room. We had Expedia vip and were given breakfast vouchers but not offered an upgrade during our long weekend stay. The venue is right in downtown with easy access to subway and streetcars. Parking is an additional $37 CAD a day. Ifornone would rather have had parking and no breakfast lol. There is a rooftop exercise room with a small sauna and hot tub that is pretty cool at night."
