"The staff were great and help our group get settled in with an early check-in. The team helped get all of our luggage to our rooms quickly. We reserved 2 rooms and they both were perfect. There was one 'bump in the road' but the staff stepped up and the issue was resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. The luggage storage at the concierge was a great option after check-out, so we could continue exploring Toronto until we were ready to leave. We look forward to staying with One King again soon."
