Les indications dans l'aéroport pour se rendre à l'hôtel depuis le terminal des arrivées internationales sont déficientes. L'hôtel n'est pas réellement proche de l'aéroport. Un train de style navette doit être pris. Donc entre attendre une navette pour aller dans un autre hôtel pour une fraction du prix ou encore marcher et transiter pendant 15 minutes pour le Sheraton, cela n'en vaut pas la peine. Également nous avons eu une chambre au 4e étage.... directement devant les rails de train et étions constamment déranger par le bruit du transport. Cette nuitée n'a eu rien de reposant. Nous n'y retournerons pas.

I made a mistake with my booking and had a very bad few days leading up to my trip so when i went to go check in an she said she couldn’t I got extremely upset and embarrassed myself by overreacting and making a scene in the hotel lobby. I said somethings to the staff and the manager that I regret and can’t apologize enough for how rude, immature, and ridiculous I acted. I want to apologize to the entire staff as well as the managers trying to calm me down, but they were understandable and acknowledged my apology. I can’t explain how bad I felt for losing my patience and coming down on the staff who were only doing their jobs but I’m embarrassed and regret it…I hope they know how sorry I am.
