The stay was okay and safe for family. However, I find it annoying that they only scheduled our room to be cleaned once in 3 days not everyday. Hence, we have to clean our room ourselves and take out our garbage some days. If I wanted to clean, I would have gone for Airbnb not hotel. At a point, they didn't refill our toilet paper and we have to buy personal toilet paper to use some days.

Needs work

New hotel. Needs work to be on par with the others in the area. Phone service was not working and was not able to reach hotel to get picked up at the airport on arrival even though hotel says shuttle service. Shuttle from to and from Airport was just an uber. Breakfast was not in included like the other Hyatts down the street. Wanted to cancel my stay and rebook with another hotel but was told I had to go through hotels.com and would get charged the full stay.

Description of the room doesn’t match

Booked a room for 5 people. Description stated that there would be 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed. When we arrived, the sofa bed was nowhere to be found so I went to the lobby to ask about it. The lady working there said that Hotels.com sometimes has wrong descriptions of rooms and that they’ve been trying to fix it. They still provided me with the room that was promised but I just got lucky that there was another room available. If not, someone would’ve had to sleep on the floor… I just think they need to fix that issue as soon as possible so that no other problems happen in the future.

The overall stay was nice but it didnt have breakfast included. The trashcans right outside the door were overflowing most of the day and were not changed it made me wary of staying there again. I probably wouldn’t stay there again.
