We had a lovely stay. This was a return trip and the location was great for access to the airport and train. The hotel was relatively clean albeit dated on our floor (14th). We ran into a problem at checkout as the power went out and the elevator was disrupted. We were travelling with my 15 year old son who was wearing an air cast. We were on the 14th floor. There was no other exit access except the stairs AND we had luggage. So that we didn’t miss our flight we had to walk. This I found unacceptable. A porter was supposed to be sent to our room to help carrry luggage, but didn’t show up. This was unsafe and could have delayed my son’s recovery. An apology was given but no compensation was offered for our inconvenience and stressful check out. We enjoyed the hotel but not the experience.

The shuttle to the airport was excellent. The food in the restaurant was good but limited options. No outside area. I called the front desk and was put on hold for 10 minutes before hanging up. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

Stay anywhere but this property. Room is very basic, very wet carpet outside bathroom, no glassware, no coffee, elevators didn’t work so carrying bags to high floors, no assistance from staff, carpets stained in public areas and staff just didn’t care about anything really. Very poor for a supposedly medium hotel.
