What I didn’t like was I paid for a king suit the ac broke the first night and I got a lot of hell form the front end staff to get another suit we ended up in a queen room for the night and so I paid for a room I didn’t get to use and the staff made it seem like it was my problem the ac broke they didn’t want to put me in another room they keep telling me we have no more rooms they are all booked it was a pain in the butt to say the least

Nice hotel - close to airport

Overall a very nice hotel. Maintenance could be stepped up a notch - most of the USB charging ports did not work, and the tap in the bathroom shower was loose. Very convenient and close to the airport. Not a huge number of eating options in walking distance.

Best bed and super restful stop between long flights. I appreciate the access to laundry room. Nice ambiance and lounge vibe in the restaurant evenings. Fresh Breakfast options and good coffee. Some challenge parking but maybe just me. I believe all parking is at owners risk, street parking was easy and free.

Unplanned but very enjoyable lay over.

We stayed at Hilton Garden Inn due to our flight to NY being cancelled. Can honestly say that we really enjoyed it and it made us feel better about the situation. Very welcoming reception. Loved the decor. Had enjoyable drink in the bar. The bar tender was great. Had the best nights sleep. Shame we had to set an alarm. Airport shuttle was reliable. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We would stay here again. Shuttle access to airport easy. Beautiful relaxing ambience in lobby and room. Updated. Excellent dinner (with gluten-free options). Stayed here for one night with a friend after our business trip. Enjoyed dinner in the restaurant. Easy and relaxing after a long 3 days at our downtown business conference. Friendly lobby staff.
