"Everything was terrific. The staff were great. After O checked out, there was an extra chargenof $481 on my card. There was no reason for it. I had to call 5 times over a week amd leave 3 messages. On my 5th call I was finally able to get a hold of someone in accounting. They said they would issue a refund. No explanation was provided."

"The room was beautiful. The special security features, such as swiping room card to use elevator, were top notch. The Breakfast Buffet was phenomenal, filling, and provided a wonderful start to the day. The staff were friendly, accomodating, helpful, knowledgeable. Exceptional service was provided in the breakfast room and at the bar area. I highly recommend your eatablishment"
