"My room was not ready. I was given key and it was filthy. I went to ask for help and was told it was busy. I sat in lobby for 4 hours and found a cleaning lady who went and cleaned room. Im sure it was isolated. Never had trouble like this before. But it was bad"

"Room was clean and walking distance to many locations but the front desk staff not very helpful when checking in. It just looked like a coffee shop and I didn’t even know it was check in until I asked if this was where I checked in. They handed me the room keys but didn’t tell me the room number or about any amenities, until I asked my room number and what they had at this hotel since this was the first time staying here. When we checked out, the front desk person was also the coffee person which held up check out. Parking was expensive and seemed short staffed, as many times only one person working and multiple cars need to be parked or were being picked up and staff said they were running between 3 hotels. Room was tiny for the price, so the value wasn’t great."

"Although this is a beautiful building there is no pool, the bedding was gross, mini fridge barely worked, you couldn’t stream networks on the tv and the parking was expensive. Also you can hear every noise from surrounding rooms. This hotel is a good suit if you are in town on business not leisure."

"We had a wonderful stay and were impressed by how well everything was handled especially considering how busy the hotel was during the Morgan Wallen concert weekend. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very accommodating throughout our stay. A special shoutout to Todd, the bellhop, who went above and beyond. He was waiting and ready to help us bring all of our belongings down to the car, and his kindness and professionalism really stood out. The valet service was also exceptional. Despite the large crowds and busy atmosphere, the valet team was organized, efficient, and we never had to wait for our vehicle. The level of service from everyone we encountered made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others visiting the area."

"The hotel was quiet and clean. Lots of parking and easy check in and check out. Has been updated. The only downfall was the toilet had to have the handle held down for it to flush. Overall would stay here again if I was in the area. Didn’t use the restaurant or breakfast. It’s was $20 per person for the buffet."
