"The staff we interacted with were very professional and helpful. The exercise room was excellent allowing me to complete my normal gym workout while away from home. Unfortunately the shower had hair on the shower floor near the wall blocked by the door when the door is open. I did let the hotel receptionist know about this."

"I reserved a two queen size beds and a first floor unit and a handicap toilet (raised) and I got two double beds, fourth floor unit and a standard toilet. There mini kitchen has a warming plate not stove and you have to request pans, utensils and plates plus silverware at the front desk for there is none in the unit.I went down and spoke to a staff and was told there wasn’t any other rooms available. There were some at the time my reservation was made, because it tells you how many are available. This hotel needs updated badly. They charge you a hundred dollars at check-in which I didn’t know about before hand. Poor business management and customer service. I won’t stay here again."
