"The room was missing ice trays. The elevator didn’t work, we were on the 3rd floor. During our stay, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and there was no staff on the property to even go look to see if we were on fire or not. Door in the bathroom was halfway hanging on."

"You’re paying for the convenience of being in the heart of Midtown. Upon entering the lobby, I had a great first impression. However, as soon as I stepped into my room, I was met with a seedy vibe.
