The room felt neglected. The TV is tilted at an angle as if whoever installed it didn’t care to set it up right. The 2 lightbulbs don’t have covers, so you’re looking at naked light bulbs. Website said there was a microwave in room. There wasn't. Room did not get cleaned. You had to ask to get it cleaned. It said it was a smoke free but smelled of smoke in hallway.

Was picked up by airport shuttle with bus full of homeless people. Arrived at hotel lobby only to see prostitutes coming in and out of hotel. Arrive at front desk to find out they gave away my booking and had no more rooms. Horrible establishment
