"The apartment was great for a group of friends. The location is great with lots of things within walking distance. There is a garden in the back which is good for relaxing at home. There were a few rough edges but for the price that could be expected. All in all, good value, location and hosts."

"The hotel was great and the house keeping were attentive and sweet. The downside of my stay is I specifically booked a king size bet because me and my girlfriend have always loved going to hotels and getting a bigger bed than we already have. I arrived and the front desk lady was very rude and blunt. She told me that they have no king size and I’m going to have to get 2 full instead. I was confused because I booked weeks in advance and paid for a kind size room. She was very rude about it and just ignored anything I said."

"Overall the stay was fine. Upon arrival I realized it was the former W hotel (mid-town). The staff was friendly and helpful, my biggest issue was the overall maintenance and cleaniness of the property. The main areas were fine, but the Ice machine in the hallways looked like it hadn't been cleaned or serviced in a year or more. My room had an "off-gas" smell as soon as I walked in that made me think either a drain pipe had dried out and needed water or something else was going on, but I didn't see a drain? There was a light out in the "foyer" area of my room and the socket looked broken. the baseboards in the bathroom had chips and dents in them, the wallpaper was coming up and the floors looked like they skipped a few cleaninings. Overall it just looked poorly maintained which made me concerned about sleeping in the bed. It was a well decorated hotel but I would not stay again. I also work in facilities management so I notice these things immediately."

"The shower wasn’t cleaned properly before our stay. There was hair stuck to the shower walls. One of the water bottles in the room already had its seal broken and was previously opened. Someone probably drank it and then filled it back up with sink water and put the lid back on. The bed was okay, not very comfortable. It was a priced decently."
