Drove in from Orlando for an event. The checkin was quick, friendly staff but was made aware of an $18 parking fee that was not disclosed during booking. Another way for these hotels to make money on already inflated hotel room. The parking lot felt very unsafe with people hanging out, being loud and smoking weed. The room overall was okay. It was as clean as you'd expect a hotel room to be. The bed was comfortable. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything in the hallway and next door. Definitely would never come back here. I could've gotten a way better room at the rate i paid with parking included.

Stayed Thurs/Fri. Friday, no parking for hotel guests. Has to go to an overflow lot next door. Had to walk on a dark road, no sidewalk to get back to the hotel. The noise on Friday night was ridiculous. Whatever event or gather took up the parking created so much noise it was impossible to sleep until near midnight. Had to leave for airport by 4am to catch a flight. Hotel shows no consideration for actual guests and seemed more concerned about the party being thrown that included outside guests.

The airport shuddle didnt show up when i flew into atlanta and had to get a uber from the airport. The key cards to enter the room barely worked. The bathroom shower tiles were cracked and mold was everywhere. The parking was terrible i couldn't park in the hotel lot in the morning after recieving my rental car

Imagine my shock to discover there was no hot water in the shower at 6am! The sink had hot water, but the shower didn’t. Also the shuttle to the airport was supposed to run every half hour but I waited 55 minutes for one beginning at 0635. And 30 minutes of that time was waiting onboard the vehicle itself.
