I booked non smoking they gave me smoking and had no more rooms. We did go in the room though and it was disgusting. I killed a cockroach before my wife and daughter saw it. But my daughter couldn’t breathe in there. Luckily they refunded the money so that was nice. But I had no room for my family at midnight in Atlanta

The room smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking room. There were burn marks on the sheets and covers. I asked for spray they didn’t have any, said they would bring some the next morning, never received. I had to go get my own. Lighting was very dim as well

This is, I think what they deserve. The place is chaotic. Everyone is shouting, fight goes out. The place is really old. The washrooms are really bad. Room service is hell. And there is no breakfast, i don't know how they write it down. Dear miss.

If 2.5 was an option that would nail this. The pictures are a bit deceiving. The building itself is not exactly in the best shape and the rooms are not exactly what majority of people would call clean (dust bunnies, maybe not a fresh roll of TP, a few questionable hairs in the bathroom…) But the bed wasnt bad and sheets were tidy. For a bargain in a pinch it’s doable but you are going to get what you paid for.
