Unfortunately, this hotel fails to properly cater to its guests. The housekeepers do NOT provide a daily cleaning of guest rooms. Throughout my entire seven-day stay, housekeeping never actually cleaned my room, made the bed, or even delivered the necessary towels. I had to go to front desk to actually get a fresh towel. The housekeepers came, after being called, to pick up the trash only once. Either the housekeepers have a poor work ethic or they’re just following poor management directions. Outside, the actual trash dumpster was open and overflowing—which was simply disgusting to see. Overall, this service failed to meet the standards of the Wyndham brand. I will never stay there again.

Pros: The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was helpful and efficient. There was a VERY limited breakfast (frozen waffles and cereal) and you can hear the air traffic fairly loud.

The sheets were dirty, only one small soap was provided only barely enough for 2 people. Only two towels in the room for four people. I asked for more towels and soap and only two small hand towels were given. The next day no housekeeping service was provided. The floors were dirty when we arrived and since no housekeeping it remained dirty the entire stay. The worst hotel I’ve ever been to. I do not recommend. Service was horrible
