Property fine…clean..great staff…problem was website states extended parking for $15/day. Front desk says no more extended parking. Had to go to a Park and Ride away from hotel. Will not stay again.

Airport shuttle was key to my selection of this hotel. Disappointed that subsequent correspondence mentioned pool was closed for maintenance. Check-in very fast & courteous. Upon entering room, found evidence it had been lightly used (toilet seat up, tp dangling). Also found long black hair in bed. Maintenance is required on RT side bed reading lamp. No drinking water provided in room. Breakfast dining room service was good, cheerful, & prompt; pricing a bit confusing. No brochures about Atlanta Aquarium found in rack. Otherwise a very satisfactory stay.

Property was not very clean - rugs needed a good vacuuming in room and halls. Loose tiles in bathroom. Not a Hilton quality. Website said they offer parking for a fee and based on that we reserved there. Got there to find they did not and had to make other parking plans. Very disappointing.

I didnt like the customer service when i arrived. When i was able to check on it was differ satff. So thst madr a difference. The second shift was nicer

Internet was horrible all round.. Room smelled old humid and mildew. Bar was limited and closed to early. Bought chips and had to return cause they were expired and found out that all the others were mostly expired as well.. I will not be staying at this hotel again.. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE Hilton Brand!!
