False advertisement, renovations not spoken of, very unclean, traveled 6 hours. No ammenties paid for incidental and nothing is hete.veryy upset and I'm out of money.

My wife was traveling alone and I booked a room online with Travelocity around 7:00 pm. My wife arrived about midnight and when she got to the front desk the very rude front desk person said there are no more rooms and several people said the had reservations. The front desk person say it doesn't matter, we no dont have anymore rooms. then they billed my credit card as a no-show which has been disputed. This property should be listed as a NEVER STAY HERE.... just sleep at the airport. IT is cleaner and safer.

SAVE YOUR MONEY! This place got the lowest rating but it would have been lower if that was an option. No hotwater at checkin, no water pressure, NO BATH TOWELS, bathroom light wouldnt turn off without slamming the switch off, musty smelling room, furniture was badly worn, wallpaper coming off the walls, extremely loud room ac, property in desperate need of an update. Hotel lobby and parking areas had multiple sketchy looking people hanging out. Had to do drive an obstacle course of trash in parking lot to get out. Im 6', 290 and can take care of myself but this place had me concerned for my safety. Shuttle vans to airport were all out of service and had to try the room key no less than 10 times to get the door opened. They should refund me all of my money and just apologize for charging people. Close to the airport was the only semi positive thing. Stay AWAY from this property!!

I stayed with my 80-year old mother at this hotel- Ramada Plaza by the Atlanta airport and on Day 2 we woke up with several bites across our bodies. My mother went to the doctor’s to discover they are bedbug bites. We are truly disgusted, upset and want to warn everyone looking at this hotel to please be warned. Besides the bedbugs, and the following is a lot less egregious yet nonetheless part of our horrible experience at this hotel: 1. Unable to get into room; two trips to lobby 2. No breakfast 2nd morning 3. Towels & wash clothes- dirty

I was so disappointed upon arrival. There was an additional deposit required at check in, my bed was poorly made, the furniture had been moved for vacuuming but not returned to its original place, the hotel had an odor once you passed the lobby, customer service was dry and very matter of fact. The whole experience left lots to be desired.
