Room was nice and clean but poor breakfast, half of the containers and baskets/cereals, eggs were all empty or never had anything at all in the first place. No soap in the bathroom. Very basic experience.

The room was in good condition, breakfast, mediocre at best,only issue we had was with transportation. We weren't sure how late the transport ran or where the pick up was. Attempted to call them to find out, no one answered the phone at hotel. After multiple attempts to contact them with no results, we ended up taking a taxi and paying $30.00 for what should have been free. There excuse for not picking up was, they were probably too busy. Definitely would not recommend hotel or will ever return to this one.

The guy at the front desk seem a little hassle, weren't friendly welcoming. The room was clean 👌 My key card wasn't working so i stood in the lobby hallway for 30 minutes cause Noone was at the front desk, to fix the issue with the key card. Overall it was good, just some improvement needed and friendly customers service needed.

Yes the room wasn't cleaned it don't seem like it had been dusted or cleaned in a long while the floor had no bugs or something her nets coming up from the floor they don't allow you to take your breakfast and go back to your room and you know relaxing and drink your coffee and eat your breakfast watch TV they do not allow you to go back to your room I don't know what the story is behind that and when you ask for something they act like they got a attitude that you even ask for anything it was not a good stay matter of fact some people made it real bad!

The room was satisfactory. The shared areas looked dirty and also had a bad odor. The continental breakfast was a disaster. Breakfast started at 6:00 a.m. and I came down at 6:30. Little to no food and again the place just looked dirty. This was during the extreme weather so maybe that played a part in it.

Extremely poor customer service. Requested a shuttle to pick us up at the airport, the shuttle drove by without stopping. Made a second request and they never showed up. The receptionist stopped answering the phone. I had to make other arrangements. Thank goodness I did not prepay for this reservation.

Very very nice room with comfortable bed. Heat worked well in the cold storm...quiet and reasonable cost. I slept well. But the elevator broke and i had a huge suitcase to get down the stairs. Otherwise, no complaints at all. Enjoyed my stay. Thanks.

Our stay was wonderful. It was clean, spacious. Staff was friendly. We had a good grab and go complimentary breakfast. Very happy with the room, it was comfortable and everything was clean.

Gentleman at the counter was really nice .. and the lady serving breakfast was nice aswell and let me eat even tho I was late ,, however the cleanliness was just not it,, nothing was deep cleaned , just maybe wiped down and sheets and pillow cases r definitely reused and not washed( mine were dirty and where replaced with dirty ones when I asked for new ones.This hotel would be great if they deep cleaned .. the shuttle driver while going to the hotel was amazing , but the shuttle driver(different driver) while going back to the airport was horrid and said he wouldn’t take me unless I pay him extra . I got a Lyft instead . Mind u I was going to the airport headquarters wich is on route(I would’ve def tipped him either way but going about it as he pretends not to know the address I showed him then switched it up when I said I’ll order a Lyft saying he does Lyft service too if I got bread ) .. just don’t like the hustle .
