I recently stayed at Even Hotel and had a great experience overall. The hotel was very clean, and the location was convenient for my needs. The staff was excellent—always professional and attentive.The only downside was the parking situation. You have to pay for parking, and the lot has no gate or visible security, which was a bit concerning. Despite this, I still enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel for its cleanliness and service.Overall, it was a great location and I would consider staying here again.

Had a guest visit that they would not let up. Then the next morning we had room service knocking on the door at 9am to see if we checked out. Checkout isn’t till noon. Very disappointed and would never stay at on of these hotel again

This is our second time staying at this property and it is never a disappointment. The staff is friendly & helpful, the rooms are very clean & never smell like animal especially for a hotel that allows animals. The beds are super comfortable & I like the fact they have water when you first walk in, its very appealing to the eye & refreshing. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Even Hotel Alpharetta 7/13/24. Good Price & locale
ARR. Saturday 1 night, for a concert at the amphitheatre. When checking in my husband was told the room we booked (King handicap/roll in shower) wasn't available. We were given a REGULAR "HC" King suite. However, it was not ADA for mobility issues. No handrails around toilets. Shower was a step up and no rails. I am mobility impaired and rely on walker/WC,/scooter/canes to walk even a few inches. I called to the front desk as my husband unpacked the car & explained to the young women the difference in the rooms She was able to find me one that I needed. She was quick, polite friendly and helpful. ALL WAS RESOLVED. Overall it is a very nice place but not for us, I wouldn't stay again. The spa like atmosphere is nice but the heavy scent of something being pumped into main lobby reception gave me a headache, although I'm sure to some it may be peaceful and zen like, to me it was cloying & offensive. The room was interestingly modern, with a stationary bike, yoga mats, & some rope stretching device. It's not our thing. The 1.5 bathrooms are a bit of a overkill. But the HC bathroom was huge and I could drive my scooter in and turn around so KUDOS on that. Roll in rain shower! The reusable glass bottles of soaps & lotions provided was very eco friendly & appreciated.It was IMMACULATELY clean.Bed was so soft. Too low to the ground and the sides sagged a lil. For younger people it would be very nice. If you're active & looking for a stay near Atlanta for events this is GOOD!

I stayed one night to attend the Doobie Brothers concert at the Ameris Amphitheater. It was so so convenient just one mile away! Was so worth it given the fact there was alcohol involved lol. Highly recommend this hotel!

I ask for a non pet room they said it was but the carpet had a smell and when I talked to the staff she said that the 4th floor was no pets but that was a lie I wouldn't stay there never again.
