Staff was very friendly, room was clean, however breakfast should be free. Wasn’t anything special. They charge it to your room $13-$14/person. Other than that, pool was good, room was good, didn’t get any grief about my dogs, but I will say they should probably clean the broken tree limbs out of the parking lot. Overall great stay and I will be back.

Check-in staff wasn’t courteous (she answered her personal phone as we were standing there waiting for her to greet us, and she spoke so low and without eye contact so it was difficult to understand her). Indoor pool was closed (one of the main reasons we booked this particular hotel was the pool). There was a sock left from the previous guest in plain sight (shows the lack of cleaning that was done). TV isn’t a smart tv, so your just left with the digital tv options.

Hotel was very clean, no issues with the cleanliness of the rooms. Very happy. The staff was very nice and helpful. Quiet and very nice area with amenities close to the hotel.

The room was fine. We booked here for the indoor pool that was advertised on the website. The pool was closed for maintenance the entire time and we werenot notified when we checked in. Tried to cancel and were told by one clerk we would not becharged but hen anoter said we would be charged even if we cancelled.

The room was great could be more updated however the room was comfortable and clean. I would have gave 5 stars however the room service walked in my room twice while sleeping before my check out time. They did knock but when didn't get a response the door was open but they never entered once told someone In here. I feel that compliance should be recovered.
