Occidental Cozumel - All Inclusive
"The air conditioning didn’t run cool enough. The refrigerators were not cool at all. The maids were good and very clean though a bit slow to clean the rooms. The food in the buffet was down right awful. The restaurant s food was very good but we could only book 3 days at a time, then had 2 go to the buffet 2 days. Awful. The seafood buffet for lunch was very good. The spa was super. We go to Cozumel to dive and the dive shop was awful. The guides had a special way of diving so no flexibility. We did not enjoy it at all . We have been diving at Cozumel for 13 years, a couple times of year. We have never had an experience like this."
