Found an unopened gallon of Lactaid in the rooms refrigerator, a full cup of soup too, plus two pairs of socks on the floor. WiFi only worked until 8:00 p.m. and never did work the next morning before we checked out.

One of my main reasons for booking here is these convenient amenities. Disappointed that the staff was not trained to repair/resolve this issue. They did offer “points”on my IGH account they signed me up last week. How is this going to compensate me if I have yet to book through them? Both of my reservations with this hotel have been through hotels.com"
