We have stayed before and it was always pleasant. Beds and bedding were scratchy and uncomfortable and when we requested towels we were told wait or pick them up ourselves. Hampton Inn across the street is looking better for future stays.

The bed was horribly uncomfortable! My wife woke up in pain from the mattress being so hard. We might as well have slept on the floor. It was so bad we didn't stay the second night. When we ask to speak to the manager, she never called nor emailed like she promised!
