The room was dated but clean The staff was welcoming However there are no elevators and we were not aware of that. We are in our 70's and had to lug 4 suitcases up 2 flights of stairs and then down them in the morning ! Would not recommend staying unless you specifically ask for first floor

Asst manager was super friendly upon check in and room was fine. Hadn’t seen a window air conditioner in a motel room for quite some time and it was quite loud. Served the purpose of some place close to the airport for one night

Luggage elevator didn’t work. Very cold room and couldn’t go in car to get dinner, because no extra parking. It was not that great. The shuttle was very good and so was the staff. Hotel very old. The women who got the breakfast ready was very mean to everyone.

Room was good for an overnight stay. Wouldn’t recommend for a longer stay. Hotel no longer offers airport shuttle even though it was in your description. Cruise shuttle is on a 1st come 1st serve basis. Y the time we checked in times we needed were no longer available. So defeated the purpose of staying as hotel was selected for the airport & cruise shuttle service it offered.

No night light in the bathroom. Had use the table light from the desk as a night light because the fan was so loud, and the light was so bright. Staff was courteous upon arrival and checking out early. Room was not sound proofed because you could hear the traffic from cars racing down the street.

The breakfast bar was very good. Linda made it outstanding. She deserves a raise. Made everyone who came in feel welcomed and showed she really cared. She made up for some of the other front office staff. The AC/Heater in the room was very loud, making it hard to sleep.
