Property was run down - multiple holes in bathroom door like someone punched it. Patch on ceiling like there was a water leak from upstairs. Carpet felt dirty and grungy - didn't want to walk on it, even in socks. Eww.

People in the court yard were loud all hours of the night. Felt very unsafe walking through the property. Extremely humid in the room. Needed to set the air conditioner in the low 60’s so it didnt feel damp. Wall tile laying on the floor in the bathroom. Bathroom door would close tight on the bottom. Fixtures rusting from the humidity. Beds and pillows were good.

The woman that checked us in was super unfriendly. They took my credit card for incidentals-seriously? There wasn’t anything in the room or in the refrigerator. Room needed a good cleaning. Hotel is run down!

Ramada West shore

They need to invest money into the property to power wash the building. They need to update the rooms and bring it into the 2025. Even if they have to raise the prices. The bathroom looked old, there was rust on the light fixtures. The decor was not appealing.

The property was in poor general condition, broken tiles, missing knobs, peeling paint etc. The phone did not work and TV had crack in the display. Room had a safe but no key to it. None of them apparently do. The floor was dirty, as was the bath. No soundproofing. Unexpectedly $100 taken off from credit card due to be returned on check-out but took two days to be released. Reception staff were clearly fed-up with everything. Breakfast cut off at 9am.

Heaters in room did not work. Huge panels off the front of the property. Breakfast poor. Hotel needs updating all around. It feels like they don’t want to put anything into it. Waited on phone a long time for service. No water pressure in the shower. Only thing that was nice was the bed. Comfortable bed. Won’t stay here again

I heard the room next to me TV on all night like I was in the room. The other side had a party all night. Fortunately they stopped yelling at 7am when everyone was waking up. My room smelled like pot and cigarettes. I haven’t experienced that in twenty years. I took a cold shower. The only good part was when I went up to my room I didn’t have to wait for the elevator.

First, Expedia did not supply the phone number of this hotel in my email confirmation. That left me stranded arriving on a flight after 11 PM waiting in vain for a shuttle service that ends 11 PM. So I paid for Uber. Manager impossible to find despite 2 days of trying via Expedia. Nex this is the worst breakfast I have seen in years. Prison food (as seen on TV) might be better! I spotted a small dead cocroach on the floor. No housekeeping in 3 days.
