The front desk Staff were wonderful. The room was adequate for a short term stay, beds clean and comfortable. Airport 4 minutes away, shuttle provided, breakfast .. building is an older property, but walking distance to several restaurants.

The room floor in the room was nasty. There were also bugs under the chair, once I moved the chair they went under the trims I did not feel safe at the hotel.

This place is a glorified motel. I also watched staff argue with a guest who couldn't get their A/C to turn off, telling them they could do nothing. The only places within walking distance are strip clubs. There's a restaurant downstairs that appears to be permanently closed.

Great hotel, but the radio did not work and the phone seemed to not work. The serviceman came and plugged the radio in, which I thought was connected behind the bed, it was not and I could have fixed it if I had known. The phone appeared to not function since there was no dial tone and not directions on the phone functions. The service man showed had the phone worked. Other than these two problems my experience was Great.

Should be a two star or less
Ramada and Wyndham should not be associated with the hotel. It very dated and in deseperate need of repairs! Items were rusted, scratched up, and there was a big gap under the outside door. The bed skirts and sheets did not cover the box spring and mattress and the pillows were the size of decorative couch pillows. The bath towels were thin and the size of hand towels We were very uncomfortable with the overall condition and clintele of the hotel; it felt unsafe!
