Id like to send pictures- so that you may better understand. When I complained to the hotel staff, they said because I booked with Travelocity, they couldn’t do anything about it. There was bathroom was in desperate need of refurbishing. There was grime & dirt in the bathtub. There were quick fix tile re- facing that was very noticeable. The sheets did not fit our king- sized bed and kept coming off - when I asked housekeeping for king died sheets, she said the hotel had ordered new mattresses, but the new sheets were coming next week!

The room had a cable set up with few channels. Two parties in our group lost power on their night stands and tvs thru out the stay. Restaurant was mediocre at best, out of many items, slow service and one member of our party never received food while our group of 9 was able to complete a whole meal before it was even acknowledged. The breakfast was excellent. The waiter very friendly. Check in with Jose was super. He is very friendly, very helpful and efficient. The view was ok--would have been much better had the roof of the meeting area not blocked some of the view. Only real complaint was the fitted sheet. It was too small for the mattress and every night it came loose exposing the mattress.

The only positive about this hotel was the staff. They were friendly and helpful but I would not recommend this hotel. I was so surprised this was a Hilton property as we are Hilton members and typically stay in Hilton properties and this one felt like a 1 star motel. The paint on walls were chipping everywhere, the paint on the balcony was peeled and gross, the mattress on the pullout sofa was stained and gross and even my child had a hard time sleeping in it when he saw the mattress. There were no sheets or blankets for it and had to call the front desk numerous times for coffee and sheets and towels that should have been left in room. The room and hotel was in such disarray that it just felt yucky staying here. We would not stay here again.

The room was fine. However, the restaurant and bar were closed upon arrival. I absolutely understand it was Christmas Eve. However, when I asked the front desk where I could go to possibly get something to eat and a glass of wine they had no answer. They said they really didn’t know. If you’re gonna close your facilities, you should have other options on hand for your guest. This hotel also charges $25 per day for incidentals. You can redeem food items at the bar or restaurant up to this $25. The next morning when the restaurant was open, I asked at the front desk if they had any to go items that I could take for my breakfast. That way I could at least have something for the $25 they were gonna charge me. Again, they had no idea. I ended up going to the hotel next-door the night before for my dinner. I’ll probably choose that hotel for my next day.
