Room was very small but clean & comfy. We had our cruise delayed due to fog & there were maybe 25-30 people that had to hang out until 7:00pm+ and the Front Desk gal was awesome! She worked all by herself & handled all of us in the lobby plus all others checking out and checking in and answering a zillion phone calls as there were 3 ships full of people whose flights were cancelled that all were scrambling for a hotel to stay in. She did an amazing job! I did not get her name but the date was Saturday December 6, 2025.

A so so place to stay near the airport

We stayed here on two separate occasions. The first floor was cleaner than the 3 floor room for some reason. The doors on the rooms are older and have gaps under the door. We told the front desk we needed the 1st floor on both stays, and requested that ahead of time. The desk clerk claimed he entered that request, yet when we returned 4 days later, there was no record of that request. Frustrating indeed.

This was the second time staying at this hotel because of convenient and complimentary airport shuttle. Room was clean and recently renovated. Front desk staff could be more friendly with better customer service; however, early morning shuttle driver was very friendly and pleasant.
