We booked a room over a month ago. When we arrived they said our room was unavailable and we would have to have a king bed with a pull out couch. There was 4 adults. The pull out was the size of a twin bed. The bathroom was dirty and blocked by the pull out couch. Staff was rude, I caught them complaining about me when they thought we had walked away. Clearly this is upsetting and they just did not give a care. We asked for a rollaway, I was told they could do one possibly but not two but when they brought extra pillows informed us that one wouldn't be possible. They did zero to accommodate us.

Nice property, very clean, nice staff. If I had to pick a dislike it would be the loud doors when they are released as you walk out the room. Saturday & Sunday morning the doors closing from guest leaving or entering their rooms (I'm guessing to get the breakfast- which was great).

Go above and beyond

The staff was so friendly and anxious to please. Even baked some chocolate chip cookies for us as we weren’t going to be at the property when they usually serve them. Breakfast had a nice variety and everything was tasty. Wish the pool was heated.

Close to the airport and free shuttle service. No hand soap at broom sink. Main light didnt work, flickers. Reception had diffucult time scheduling shuttles to port.

From Arrival to Departure, the staff made sure we received 5 star treatment. I cannot remember the sweet lady' name who was working the front desk but she is a Gem! I ultimately chose this property based on reviews and airport transportation but Wow! The services provided were really above & beyond- customer service dining suggestions, transportation to said places, as well as breakfast...Everything was so great. We will definitely stay here again! Entire staff was friendly & helpful, rooms were clean and Loved the shelves in the bathroom. Being able to set things on those and in the slide out drawers meant keeping the bathroom counter clutter free- was Perfect! Def give it 10/10
