The location was the best part of this hotel. The views are stunning and everything is a short walk away, and if not, they have a shuttle. The hotel is just outdated and needs a good renovation. However the showers are nice and the beds/pillows are very comfortable. The room quality is comparable to a motel not a hotel

First time booking this location. We were in for a show at the Straz. Had a great happy hour and apps at the on site restaurant. Bar staff was fun and friendly. Food was very good. There was a bit of construction noise from ongoing project on the river front. But the hotel was clean and comfortable. Channel selection was extremely limited. If you travel, bring your fire stick or Roku. Other than the minor issues it was a great hotel and staff is awsome.

The upcharge from vending machines to the little side store from $2⁰⁰ for a bottle of water in the vending machine to $4⁰⁰ in the little store ( for a 16 oz bottle ) they provided was pretty crazy. We didn't receive any type of free breakfast and we were there for 3 days.

the room had no Black out curtains and the outside lights were so bright trying to sleep was like trying to sleep with the lights on So after a long day at the tradeshow there was no way to get any sleep The person at the front desk when I checked out said I would get a credit but that DIDN'T happen

The rooms were a good size with a lot of places to store clothes and shoes. I would have liked an executive room that was a little quieter instead of out in the lobby where it was loud. The pillows were not very good. They had a lot of air in them and would not conform to your head easily. The shower was very strange. You had to enter from the back to turn on the water and cold water got on you when you did. Never did figure out that one.
