STAY AWAY!!!!! Made reservations based off of reviews and research of this hotel. Pictures are clearly old and photo shopped. Hotel is aged and in need to an update. Staff is not friendly.

My daughter and I checked out yesterday. This hotel is very nice. It’s clean, contemporary & modern! Loved the decor! It’s close to downtown, the airport, restaurants, stores & beaches. I would definitely stay there again!! Rose was wonderful. Five stars for her! She was so kind & helpful! Just a couple of things to be mindful of. There are no microwaves on the property, which sucked because we had to throw away leftovers from dinner and we hate wasting food! Also, there is “free” parking in front of the hotel that I wasn’t made aware of or offered so I paid $8 per day to park in the rear lot. Lastly, Laura Lee at the front desk needs customer service and diversity training. She was not approachable & when I’d stop at the desk to ask a question, she seemed bothered. Upon check in she did not offer us cold water but I noticed other guests were given water by different front desk reps; that confused me. I wonder why we weren’t offered water?! In addition, my request for a room away from the elevator (due to noise) was not initially honored. After hearing the elevator ding for a couple of hours, I went downstairs and asked for our room to be switched, which she did but had she read my comments on the initial reservation, she would’ve seen that I asked not to be close to the elevator. Overall, a great experience though.

Amazing room very clean and up to date. They could do better with housekeeping rules. Currently, you have to call a day before to request housekeeping which I never heard of before but its ok.

Amazing hotel! The room has very nice decor and the bathroom is especially nice with a modern/ classic theme with white bricks and black accents, full sized premium toiletries, and extra large towels. The room iteself has a lot of good lighting and convenient chargers next to the bed along with reading lights above the bed. The room comes with real glass wine glasses along with a Keurig maker. The bed was not the most comfortable bed, but the pillows were amazing. The hotel itself is nicely decorated with a lot of interesting artwork and abstract pieces. There are several common areas and more than enough seating in random areas. They have a foosball table, cornhole, an indoor bar, a restaurant, and an outdoor bar near a firepit. The outdoor bartender was super friendly and made the drinks strong. There is an outdoor smoking area on the second floor on the patio. I loved this hotel and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. Some of the hotel guests are however a bit noisy. I higly reccomeend this hotel.
