first and last time I would stay here. Hallways are dark and why has the elevators been broken since March. Then, it’s operated by a ring camera which is so unhinged. When you get to the room they are smaller than the pictures/advertisement. There’s no freshing feeling like you’re on vacation. There’s a smell of musty and sewerage when you flush the toilet. The shower-head and handles weren’t cleaned. The walls were like malting and thin. We could hear everything in the hallway. Lastly, parking. there were events at the hotel and parking was very limited for actual hotel guest. I really like the feel and vibe from TikTok, however, should’ve listened to the previous reviews.

We were unable to fully enjoy out weekend getaway because there were so many events happening on the property causing inconvenience. We couldn’t explore certain areas or use select entrances. Parking lot was packed and had to park far away from the entrance.

For our first stay at Hotel Alba, I would say it was ok. Guest service was really helpful and friendly. However we had multiple toilet clogging situations, from the very first day. Restaurant staff (were we had our breakfast every day) could use some more reliability and kindness. ( We have only one host who was really nice). Everything else was ok for our first and probably laat stay here.

The staff and hotel is an amazing. The only down side during my stay the long wait times for the elevator with only one elevator working. The breakfast buffet was good. The hotel was very nice and I would definitely stay again.
