Everything about this hotel is 10/10. Captain T we can’t thank you enough. Your customer service is top tier. We got the room with the city view and it was breathtaking. The breakfast was 10/10 also. Everything was fresh and delicious and that’s hard to come by. The parking was safe and that’s always a plus for us. The location was perfect everything was in walking distance. I definitely can’t wait to stay here again

Room was very clean with very cold a/c during the heat wave. Breakfast was very good with an assortment of items to choose from. We were on the 3rd floor and could hear some road traffic from speeding cars. If I visit Tampa again, I would stay here again.

Too much outside noise

The hotel itself is in a great location. We stayed here the night before we departed for our cruise. There's a CVS across the street and is decent. We had a corner room facing the city and I do not recommend staying in this style room. The view was ok, you mainly look at the highway with the skyline beyond that. The road noise can easily be heard from the 7th floor. It was like our windows were open for how loud it was. The bed was just ok but the pillows were terrible. Between the road noise and the pillows, I had the worst night sleep in a long time.
