- Elevators filthy and smelt like urine. - Flooding in the continental breakfast. Instead of moving to another location, only the a pot of coffee and a dozen muffins were offered to the guests. This is not what I paid for. - Bedroom doors would not close or lock until slammed or forced closed. - Sitting by the pool. The table is missing a leg. The gerbage van was overflowing and smelled horrible. So muscle so that we were looking around for a dead animal in the pool area until we realized where the odor was coming from. - Two separate rooms were complaining of issues at the front desk during the time of check in. One of them had feces in the toilet of there room upon check in.

When arriving staff seemed friendly. Getting up to our room realizing there was a funny smell, turned my mood. I started to look at the sheets and found re used soiled sheets. (What looked like old blood stains and pee stains) I ended up calling for new sheets or to change my bed around and they offered me to come to the desk and get new ones and I could make it myself. I was uneasy sleeping the rest of the trip honestly. The beds seemed like they hadn’t been replaced in decades. I had to throw a rope to get my friend out of bed. The only hot water was in the shower, the sink only had cold. The toilet broke for whatever reason and I came home today and found bed bug bits on my ankles. I will absolutely never stay again and I feel as though it was way overpriced for what we got from it. My favorite thing at the hotels are to jump into bed and have the comfy cozy feeling, not afraid of bugs in your bed with old pee stains.

I will not let my PIG stay in that particular Property. The Rooms Stinks; Hallway filthy and the place looks notorious. I had to Cancel my Reservation.

We got bed bug bites all over. The air conditioner I set at 68 but it wouldn't go any lower than 76 degrees and I sweat all night. The beds t(he mattresses) were horrible they sunk and swallowed us up we woke up with sever back pain. The breakfast in the morning the cafe staff on Wed 9/18/2019 instead of helping me use the waffle machine she had 2 plates piled high each with about 12 waffles that I thought were for the guests but she took them in the back room and said they were for the hotel front desk person that she takes them home to her children. Do NOT stay here whatever you do. I have bites all over me from sleeping in that hotel.

I booked this hotel for 3 nights, ended up staying 1 night. Property didn't feel safe, lots of people walking in and out til about 2 am. The room I stayed in needs major upgrades, the AC unit was extremely noise as well as the fan from the restroom. The electrical outlets were very old that they could hold my charger. Lastly, the hotel was under construction which it was not disclosed at all.

The room was clean and thankfully on the back side of the hotel where their was no construction. I complained about the pool and construction and was rewarded a $50 return fee but was saddened that the hotel didn’t do more to make it right. Offered a free return stay or move me to another la Quinta. I just felt very disappointed in what I believed was a great hotel.

The property is being renovated so it does not look very good right now. The rooms are done nicely but you can tell they were renovated quickly as the laminate floors are already bubbling up. The pool looked in good condition but was closed for “maintenance”, although there was no visible work being done to it.
