No clear directions (this stairwell closed that way to the pool etc..) Poor elevator in rear toward pool. I have stayed in numerous other brands this is just average. Poor service at bar area. Front counter is slow due to understaff with only two personnel.

Little out dated Westin but great location!
Took an hour for our room to be ready atleast. The cleaning crew were fabulous and very attentive. They were working very hard. Bar staff were friendly. Rest of staff didn’t seem in any hurry to acknowledge guests.

It was just OK. The property is in desperate need of an upgrade. Front desk staff and housekeeping staff are wonderful. The property, though, charges you $25 per day up front when you check in and says it covers food and beverage, such as the breakfast buffet. It does not cover the cost (I think my remaining balance was like $7 for the breakfast buffet). The worst experience was at the bar, where inattentive staff were more interested in chitchat than service. Great location. Decent overall.

Recent Tampa Visit

Would definitely stay here again!
My family and I were in town from Orlando for the Justin Timberlake concert on 6/14 & due to a little hiccup, I was upgraded to a corner junior suite with a connecting double queen room… the water view was phenomenal! Lots of boats passing by each day and gorgeous view at night with the reflection of the lights in the water. The pool was okay, nothing spectacular, but worked for a cool down… there isn’t any shade over the pool so be sure to take a hat and lots if sunscreen! The only thing that sucked was that there was no self parking option. Only a $45 per day valet service or park in a nearby garage for $36 a day. The food from the hotel restaurant needs work. The food just wasn’t good at all. Other than this, Lindsey & Nadia were the sweetest and made our stay wonderful.
