I would give zero stars if I could. Upon arrival, the two woman at the desk were arguing back and forth about who does the reservations right. Once I get into the room, it has an awful smell. The suite was DISGUSTING! There was mold and just dirt on the walls and floor. We couldn’t even use the upstairs bathroom because there was water pouring out of the downstairs LIGHT BULB!!! They sent maintenance and he said there’s nothing he can do, but advised us to stay out of the bathroom as the wood was rotted from a continuous leak. There was mold all over the ceiling downstairs. Once I checked out I expressed my concerns again with the man at the desk. He said well you’re checking out so you’re all set to leave. I asked for the managers name, which he replied Lori, but that she wasn’t there and won’t be doing anything about it because again, my stay is over. There was no apology or anything given. I will be reporting this to the health department with pictures and videos, as well as the BBB. During a pandemic the rooms should load definitely be cleaned and it was clear that they were not. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!

Hotel was nice, breakfast was good. The place was a little outdated, pictures online look much better than in person. We went on a cool week (sweats and sweatshirts) I was expecting there be a hot tub as shown in the online pictures, but instead found what use to be a hot tub was now filled in with shells and a palm tree. Bummer!
